Get ready for the anti-Trump “resistance” to go truly loco, because new polling data indicates Hispanic support for the president is swelling, a trend that could seal his 2020 re-election victory.
When I helped lead the Trump Hispanic Advisory Council in 2016, our effort was widely derided by skeptics certain that the narrative of Trump as anti-Latino would doom his candidacy, particularly in heavily Hispanic states like Florida. But that November, Hispanics saw through the media smears and Trump massively outperformed dour expectations, actually surpassing Mitt Romney’s 2012 percentage among Latino voters.
Since then, prospects have only improved – most importantly for the overall well-being of America’s Hispanic citizens, but also for the political prognosis of President Trump. So much good news erupted last week for the president with the conclusion of the Mueller inquiry that stunning new polling data was largely glossed over. McLaughlin & Associates revealed that Hispanic approval for Trump in March jumped to 50%.

A Trump gain to 40% of the Hispanic vote -- a very realistic goal at this point – could effectively seal repeat wins in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. Winning those states means the Democratic nominee must clean-sweep the 2016 Trump states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Moreover, even that upper Midwest sweep would not be enough if Trump’s ascent with Hispanics puts in play Nevada and Colorado, states with large Latino populations that Clinton won by low single digits last election.
For decades, Republicans have chased the “holy grail” of votes from Hispanics, a group that naturally should align with the conservative principles of entrepreneurial capitalism, strong borders, and a culture of life. Paradoxically, the man whom the mainstream media most attempted to vilify as anti-Latino will, at last, truly welcome Hispanics to their rightful political home.

The Democrats may be freaks and mutants, but they sure have one thing right: Nominating a dull, rich WASP male with an Ivy League background for a presidential election isn't a winning approach anymore.
For many years Bush League Republicans have been telling us we had to pander to Hispanics with amnesty to get their votes.

True. Karl Rove wanted to compromise to appeal to small increments of all the demographics to add up to a little margin added to make the GOP RINOs win---sometimes. For the Bush-Cheney campaigns they endlessly spoke to Muslim audiences (repeated times in Dearborn, MI near my city) but in the end only a tiny fraction more voted GOP.
Voters get turned off and that may balance out the tiny amount the GOP panders to.
True until the voters turned out once---for Trump. Don't turn them off again.
Useless to think about unless Trump can really split Hispanic against Hispanic (ads showing respectable families who came here legally and worked all their lives here and now resent the crude gang members and welfare mooching illegals who are ruining the name Hispanic. Good ad idea. NRA does this about good people of all races and ethnicities who speak of the need to bear arms.)

Simply plaster huge billboards in hispanic communities with this:
Democrats want Mexicans to pay blacks reparations.
Anyone who fled a $hithole country might not want to turn the USA into one.
You are overlooking a very important point. Look what happened with blacks in 2016. They didn’t vote for Trump, but a lot of them simply stayed home. That made a huge difference in places like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan.
If the Democrats sense rising Hispanic support for Trump they will demand that the border wall be built.
They have families and want to have a bright future for themselves and their familes.
They don’t want to live in a violent cesspool of a ghetto and they appreciate having a steady, good paying job. Something not common under Obama
If they have a job, they are paying heavy taxes to support illegal aliens who take their job opportunities and reduce their wages
They often live in reasonably close proximity to the illegal alien communities so the dysfunction and crime of illegals and other quality of life issues directly impacts them because they don’t always have access to gated communities in the foothills or suburbs.
They also are fully aware of the welfare scams the illegals are cutting at fat hog on at their expense -all the while illegals are sending $500 of their welfare fraud payout south of the border to family members in Mexico or South America.
In other words, unchecked illegal immigration is turning our society into an open sewer and Hispanic Americans are living closest to the discharge pipe.
It’s also a fact that Mexico has been depopulated by illegal immigration to the point (over 20 million Mexicans have vanished ) where pretty much every Mexican wanting to come to the US has already jumped the border and we are at a point where those coming across the border has reached equilibrium with those heading home.
The new frontier for mass illegal immigration has become the even more dysfunctional Central American countries which the openly racist Mexicans detest with a passion.
The last thing Mexicans want to deal with are the people from South of THEIR border whom they consider a lower form of life
Yep, lighter skinned Iranians have more privilege than darker skinned Iranians - - same with Arab and African cultures - - same with Hispanics and Asians cultures too.

When Trump held his rally in El Paso recently it was a majority of Hispanics that showed up, and those in the path of this illegal invasion are extremely upset. Since the Border Patrol is so busy babysitting unaccompanied minors, and nursing sick people and running them to hospitals in these border areas, the highway checkpoints have been closed so they can send additional manpower to the border to help with processing, as they are so overwhelmed. This is allowing the human and drug smugglers to operate without any interference. In a local forum here today there was a lady reporting seeing a truckload of illegals being dumped from a pickup truck here in the county where I live. This is a disaster waiting to happen.
As a contractor out here in the state of California I can say unequivocally that this is a case for the most part
Latinos like to work like to work hard , work harder than white people and respect real men there for them like President Trump
