Just stock up on avocados now, seed and scoop the fleshy part into Ziplock Freezer bags with a squirt on Lemon or Lime juice and Seal up with no air in the bags. They will keep in the Freezer just fine. If You get the flesh out of each side You can slice them like fresh after they thaw a bit or mash up for Guacamole.
