At the time we had (and unfortunately still have although he's long been retired) a radio self-styled pundit named Neal Bootz who was and still is as far as I can tell a charter member of the never Trump club. He purported to be a conservative, although from what I can tell he's a lot more of a Yeb!/Mittens Republican. The day after Trump won the Republican nomination he was quoted on as saying repeatedly "He can never win." I was listening to the radio on my drive to work and heard him repeat it three of four times. And of course the local station being a charter member of the liberal wing repeated his quote throughout the day. Wishful thinking. He won.

After he won the general election, this same self impressed pompous windbag again on radio going "Well Trump voters I hope you're happy now." We were and we are. We're ecstatic that the coughing criminal didn't win. We're ecstatic that the deep state headlong rush of changing us from a free country to a socialist tyranny with our constitutional rights discarded like so much used toilet paper was halted.

So "SCREW YOU BOORTZ. HE WON!" Oh and for any advertisers who still pay this doofus and who might happen to read this (unlikely I know) I immediately put any company who uses Boortz as a spokesperson on my "never do business with ever" list.

I guess he feels obligated to spew forth his opinions. I'll pass. He was particularly vehemently anti-Trump in the months leading up to the Republican primaries. I quit listening to him except by chance. The local station that carried his show, WSB, is a liberal dung heap. Yet they carry Limbaugh and Hannity. I guess the money is better than carrying some NPR type going on about how we desperately need to live in unheated hovels due to globull whatever.

Pompous self-impressed blowhard of the Bush/McCain/Mittens Republican school. I was kind of neutral on him until he became a rabid anti-Trumper, and worse, his call screener a woman whose voice affects me like fingernails on a chalkboard now is constantly shilling stuff on the radio during my drive time. Her only claim to fame was being Boortz's call screener and now I get to listen to her interrupt the traffic reports with whatever product she's touting at the time. I guess it could be worse - I could be stuck listening to NPR.
