I watched it go down. Same kind of vans we’d seen coming and going. Julian looked like an old man. Balding and gray beard. His imprisonment has taken a toll.

Britain doesn’t need a reason to imprison. That is why we need him here: medical treatment, safety, as a witness that Russia wasn’t the hackers.
What can we trade GB for? Not arresting Andrew for his misdeeds? Who might be involved in human trafficking that we can bargain for ? Money laundering ? That’s another option!
