Attorney General William Barr will discuss special counsel Robert Mueller's report at a 9:30 a.m. ET press conference on Thursday.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will accompany him, according to NBC News. There was no indication that the report would be released before the press conference.
Mueller submitted the report to the Justice Department late last month. Barr will be releasing a redacted version of the approximately 400-page document, which details Mueller's findings about the Trump campaign and Russian interference in the 2016 election.
The redacted Mueller report on Russian election meddling is expected to be released to the public Thursday morning.
The special counsel did not establish conspiracy or coordination between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin, Barr wrote in a four page summary released two days after he got the report.

He also made the point that the crazed anti-Trump media got the two real news stories ass- backwards: the REAL collusion was the Obama administration with the FIB to undermine an election, and the obstruction was the lying of its people to Congress and the Department of Justice, ( like the Fisa Court)!

So Bob Barr is confirming the Russians were all over our election, stole Hillary’s emails, was the main information source for Wikileaks, etc etc. The only thing he says is it Trump didn’t have anything to do with it. But he’s confirming the Democrat and treasonous Intel community narrative.
There was a curious omission in Barr’s statement — he said “no American was involved” in basically everything, but did not say that “no American was involved” in the distribution of emails to Wikileaks. He merely said “Trump and no one related to the Trump campaign”.
Leaving Seth Rich as a possibility.
