Mexico is lucky I am not President. I’d line the border with troops. And my ROEs would give our troops a lot more room to defend themselves and protect the border. A few dozen dead cartel thugs (wearing Mexican army uniforms or not) would cut down on a lot of this mess.

Google maps is incorrect. The southern border is defined by the center of the Rio Grande river. The river does alter its course, bit what gives us land in one area will lose it in another.

Do a search every time I post and this time as usual did the recent search and did the older search and came up with no posts. Maybe you should ask FR if their search engine has a problem.

Did a little more research on the post. The article I searched on started with “2 US Army” and some of the other articles started with “US Army” in which case the FR search would not pick it up. On the other hand I see a lot of FR articles that are posted a day or two after the news first came out and appeared on FR. I just ignore them. Try it.

George Herbert Walker Bush invaded Panama because the wife of a US Naval officer was detained by Panamanians and “threatened with sexual abuse.” Therefore, this situation should call for an invasion of Mexico.

FYI: Texas was INVADED by the Mexican Army at 2:00 PM last Saturday, April 13, 2019. The Mexican Army forced the FIRST SURRENDER of American troops to a foreign power on American soil since the War of 1812. Make NO mistake - the Mexican troops KNEW EXACTLY where they were. They all have GPS. The border is not the wall, but the center of the Rio Grande river. The question is what drug mules they were “protecting” as they entered the US. Mexican Army troops have been found before as many as 9 or 10 miles into the US. This needs to STOP. American soldiers need LOADED RIFLES, and vehicle mounted machine guns, not UNLOADED HANDGUNS. And they need to be in MARKED ARMY VEHICLES, not unmarked civilian cars, or Border Patrol vehicles. I would venture to suggest we we need a few Abrams tanks down there for their psychological deterrent value.
