I really do not understand how this is constitutional. Can you imagine this in any other context? Like a neighbor says you're a drunk driver and a threat to others on the road, and a judge takes away your car for 365 days unless you can prove you're not a threat?

Worse, this is like the police COMING INTO YOUR HOUSE and confiscating all your booze unless you can prove you will not drink and drive in the future. Repeatedly.
