This lawsuit should go nowhere. Should. But as we have seen recently with the indictment of a MA judge for helping an illegal alien escape arrest, some judges do not care about either their oaths of office nor the law itself.

Get federal arrest warrants for these two ‘massoftwoshits prosecutors’ and upon conviction, hang ‘em.

I was expecting the usual crowd of leftist The Hill loons commenting on this story, but so far most comments are surprisingly sane.

The lawsuit shouldn’t even be heard. Obama sued Arizona and won. The Federal Government enforces immigration laws.

There is more protection for illegals in Massachusetts than there is for Americans.

“Entire communities now view the Massachusetts courts as places where they cannot go..."

By "entire communities" do they mean illegal foriegners?

The DA's need to be disbarred. They are supposed to represent the people of the state of Massachusetts, not the state of Guadalajara.

Oh, and the Constitution.

Fire and disbar for a violation of their oaths.

[“Entire communities now view the Massachusetts courts as places where they cannot go”]

What “Entire communities”? You mean communities of illegal invaders taking jobs from American citizens and milking the systems paid for by American citizens?

THOSE “Entire communities”?

[ district attorneys for Middlesex and Suffolk counties ]

Looks like Democrats - the Suffolk one was appointed by a Democrat, anyways - Deval Patrick

We are shocked, no? No.

Well at least they cannot take this to the 9th circuit.

The left-right split used to be about how to run a country.

Now it is about whether to have one.

“Entire communities now view the Massachusetts courts as places where they cannot go, for any reason, greatly impeding access to justice and undermining the administration of justice in these communities,” the complaint reads.

Works for me.

It's not like justice is being done in the court system any more anyways, especially in liberal land anywhere, since brown skin tone is the magic bullet to life's benefits.

If they don’t like the law, they should have Congress change it, rather than insisting that the federal government neglect to enforce it. But that might interfere with their real work, fishing for dirt on Trump.

Makes one wonder not just what is taught in a great number of American Law Schools, but just as importantly, what criteria are they using for admission to those law schools? Who are they selecting?

I don't see a downside to this. Why would legal US citizens view the courts any differently because lawbreakers can be arrested in them? It is a rhetorical question.

If the state would just agree to turn over defendants that have immigration detainers ICE would not be hanging out waiting for them. ICE is not looking for witnesses and others with business with the court.
