Democrats Demand End of Trump Tax Cuts — or Else No Infrastructure Funding

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said Monday he would not support a national gas tax increase unless President Donald Trump is willing to repeal some of his administration’s tax cuts.

Ahead of a meeting with Trump on Tuesday on a potential infrastructure deal, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Schumer wrote a letter to Trump, saying that an infrastructure deal must be “comprehensive and include clean energy and resiliency priorities.”

Schumer and Pelosi said that the deal must “go beyond transportation and into broadband, water, energy, schools, housing and other initiatives. We must also invest in resiliency and risk mitigation of our current infrastructure to deal with climate change.”

The Democrat leadership’s letter arises as Trump economic adviser Larry Kudlow said Monday that President Trump continues to mull whether to back a federal gas tax increase to pay for an infrastructure package.

Schumer reportedly will not back a gas tax increase unless Trump can undo the cost through repealing some of the GOP tax cuts.

Chuck and Nancy know best how to spend YOUR money.

So they’ll take it from you.

Pelosi said they were "crumbs."

Nancy wants to take the crumbs back from the people, too?

“Why”?

Because GOD is giving/has given them over to a reprobate mind. But...they hardened themselves FIRST!

IOW, Upchuck claims that he wants an income tax increase to undo the cost of a gas tax increase. That's Demagogic Party "thinking" alright. Thanks Red Badger.

I’m not convinced that we’re in a two trillion dolar mess. The American Society of Civil Engineers is telling us how much we need to spend. Hmmm. That money will go go mostly to their people.

Reminds me of my dentist telling me I needed a root canal on a backmost tooth ($1500). I had it pulled ($300).

Proverbs 30:16-19 Living Bible (TLB)

15-16 There are two things never satisfied, like a leech forever craving more: no, three things! no, four! Hell, the barren womb, a barren desert, fire.

And Democrat politicians..................

Bush didn’t get the boot for raising taxes, although that was a SMALL part of it.

Bush was primarily shown the door for not finishing Saddam off. Rightfully so.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yes, maybe, sort of.
I have watched this stuff for many, many years. Even though I am an uneducated white deplorable it was easy to see that during the election of 1992 the “journalists” finally stopped pretending they were objective and went all in for Clinton.
That and the idiot Perot. Clinton won with 42%of the vote.
Bush would have won easily if not for that.
Similar situation about a broken tooth and a lot of money for an implant.
It was a side tooth that I got pulled. I still feel fine. Not that my male modeling and film careers were going to suffer.
California (Pelosi) and New York (Schumer) are getting killed by the new limit on the state income tax deduction. Businesses and rich people are fleeing en masse to states with lower tax rates.
I would really like to know if Schmuckie, or any Defecrat, can tell me in an intelligible manner how much money and for what purposes the General Gov’t needs each year. If you you put the 535 of our illustrious overlords together, they couldn’t provide you with an answer that makes sense.
So my question to the States and to our fellow citizens is; Why do we allow them to take our money?
God save the good people of These United States and may He judge in Holy Righteousness those who are leading us into slavery
