The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday ruled that the Trump administration can continue to enforce a policy requiring some asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while their cases are processed.
The ruling from the San Francisco-based appeals court places a stay on a preliminary injunction on the asylum policy issued by a lower court.

Partner, the fact remains that any alien coming into the U.S. does not have any rights whatsoever as it is written in the U.S. Constitution. President Trump would have won his case in the SC.

That’s the thing though: I know a lot of Freepers hate Graham and McConell but these 2 have been leading the charge to get those picks seated asap. Heck, anyone who can convince RINOS like Rubio, and Mittens to sign on deserves the props and ..I know these RINO pukes didnt so it for Trump.
