Thank you for referencing that article cuban leaf.

"City worker? That makes this a first amendment violation by the city."

Congress has the express 14th Amendment (14A) power to make punitive laws to discourage state actors from abridging rights that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect.

From the 14th Amendment:

H O W E V E R …

Because of inexcusable voter ignorance of the Constitution, we’re still stuck with a corrupt Congress that has a track record for letting state actors get away with abridging constitutionally enumerated protections, especially 1st Amendment protections evidenced by the example of this thread.

The Supreme Court had put it this way about Congress’s duty to protect constitutionally enumerated rights in Minor v. Happersett.

“3. The right of suffrage was not necessarily one of the privileges or immunities of citizenship before the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment, and that amendment does not add to these privileges and immunities. It simply furnishes additional guaranty for the protection of such as the citizen already had [emphasis added].” —Minor v. Happersett, 1874.

The remedy for a worthless Democratic / RINO Congress …

Patriots need to elect a new patriot Congress in the 2020 elections that will not only promise to support PDJT’s vision for MAGA, but will also promise to do its 14A duty to discourage state actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated rights.

Remember in November 2020!

MAGA!

Lying to try and cover it up probably gave the city all the cause they needed to terminate him.

Think about that for a second. A government union worker is fired? You have to know under normal circumstance the guy would be very hard to fire no matter what they did. My guess is the union decided they wouldn’t stand behind him.
