U.S. Attorney John Durham has already used a grand jury in Connecticut, attorney Joe diGenova said on Tuesday.
It was revealed this week that Attorney General William Barr tasked Durham with examining the origins of the federal Russia investigation.
In a Fox News interview, diGenova said Durham, who is a U.S. attorney in Connecticut, has been working for a couple of months.
"Durham has already used a grand jury in Connecticut, they've already gotten documents, he's already talked to the intel people," he said.

DiGenova has been squawking about leaks since day one and here he is, leaking information. I guess we’ll soon find out if it’s true. Or maybe he’s in on the operation and is out there, spreading this info to see if they can spook someone into sending a text or making a call.

Grand jury witnesses aren’t bound to secrecy, so witnesses in politically charged cases generally blab.
If all the witnesses are DOJ current or past employees, they likely would not go public, but they would certainly leak. DiGenova’s claim needs other sources.
Which means that Sessions didn't task Durham to investigate -- THE ORIGINS OF THE RUSSIA PROBE!
If everybody’s already been indicted, what’s the point of Durham?
What tickles me is there was no leak about Durham.
Durham hit the ground running...before the Dems even realized their ground was going to be hit.
Joe does talk like he's trying to spook the bad guys.

It seems to be working - witness Brennan trying to throw Comey under the bus yesterday. Which is also a tacit admission that there was illegal activity involved in pushing the dossier.
Joe talks just like all talking heads do. He spouts stuff that makes him seem important and knowledgeable about insider goings on. The better to get those lucrative contributor deals on TV, and speaking engagements at events.
