A woman accused of sexually servicing New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft indicated she would fight any effort to get her to testify against him, dealing another crippling blow to prosecutors’ case after a judge barred them from using as evidence videos allegedly showing Kraft receiving sex acts for pay.
The woman, Lei Wang, in a court filing said she would invoke her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination in the billionaire businessman Kraft’s case.

This guy has spent a lot of money in legal fees to fight charges that could probably be pleaded down to the equivalent of a speeding ticket. Good for him ... and his lawyers, of course. :-)

Police department committed a felony (phoned in bomb scare to plant cameras) to arrest Robt. Kraft on a mis-demeanor. Will not convict on illegal naked surveillance (spying) on innocent people.
Will cost a bundle to settle false arrest claims.
