House Oversight and Reform ranking member Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) sent a letter to chairman Elijah Cummings (D-MD) on Wednesday requesting he release the non-public memo he and Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) wrote regarding their efforts to attack President Donald Trump’s administration.

Cummings and Waters just read whatever is put on paper by their staff. The real work is done there. The rest is all beltway theater.
I don’t see why they would have formalized such a thing with a Letter Of Agreement, when there is a solid, tacit agreement among all of the Democrats (and many Republicans) to attack Trump in every way.
That would be like two mobsters writing a letter of agreement to rob & murder someone.
Don’t confuse having a ‘low cunning’ with having possession of rational intellect.

Maxine is 80. She likely has 0 to 10 more years ahead of her.
Cummings is 68. He may be around another 20.
Both will leave office voluntarily or in a hearse. Their voters will never boot them.
