If this is true and there’s certainly reasons to think it is, then why isn’t the hammer being brought down by Trump?
He has all the people on his side who matter...at least for now.
He runs terrible political risk if something isn’t done. If he chooses not to do anything, then he has to hope that the American people remain largely ignorant of the porous border.
Trump is losing credibility with his base through inaction on this and other related issues. Soros and co should have been arrested for sedition long ago for organizing and funding this illegal invasion. In fact I can't think of a single deep stater who's been arrested for anything. Trump even announced that John F'n Kerry wouldn't be prosecuted for his numerous felony Hatch Act violations with Iran...a nation the globalists are trying to start a war with.
Justice should be swift and blind, not delayed and worried about optics.

It's law passed by Congress giving the POTUS the authority to unilaterally forbid immigrants/invaders entry into America.
From the above: "Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."
Congress gave the President the power to forbid entry into the USA of any immigrant according to the above law.
He also has the power to order troops to the border, as he has done. He has already ordered troops to the border, but only in a impotent capacity. If he can order ten soldiers, he can order 10,000 soldiers. If he can order 10,000 soldiers, he can order them to be armed and have some teeth. He just has to do it. He can prevent anymore incursions onto American soil. If he'll just do it.
The fed judge hacks have countermanded some things, but they cannot stop him from performing the above.
One theory is that the immigration crisis got Trump elected the first time. Trump wants what every first term president wants, viz. a second term. If he can string this crisis along till 2020, he can again proclaim what a crisis exists and that he's the one to fix it.
Meanwhile, millions more will have made it onto US soil, all at the expense of the American taxpayer.
