LOL. The ultimate mealy-mouthed non-statement. Basically, “we found no evidence, but I didn’t want to clear him.” This is the exact inverse of the Comey Hillary Clinton statement: “We found all sorts of evidence, but she didn’t mean to do anything, so we are clearing her.”
I almost can’t even be bothered to post about this latest Mueller nonsense.
Mueller is conferring more rights to the Russian’s he indicted than he is to Trump.
Russian’s indicted and presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Trump: We couldn’t find a crime but that doesn’t mean he is innocent.
This press conferences only mission was to goad the Dems into impeaching Trump.
I doubt that any trial lawyer would say this ...... But anyone who has ever had a case that went to court and was tried to the end...not settled on the courthouse steps, has had to sit through both the plaintiff’s and defendants lawyers summations to the jury, knows that during the summation to the jury an attorney is not obliged to stick to the facts. He can argue the evidence or he can argue his opinion or anything else he deems helpful to his case. And that is essentially what Mueller has done. This is the very same tactic prosecutors use in court in their summation before the jury votes in an effort to put doubt as to innocence in the jurors’ mind. This tactic has absolutely no place in a report on fact finding. He might as well have said that the investigation did not find that Trump was innocent of murdering the Ramsey child. “If the facts are against you, argue the law. If the law is against you, argue the facts. If the law and the facts are against you, pound the table and yell like hell” ― Carl Sandburg And do not forget that Mueller is really no better than Comey and Brennen. He just worked in a different way. He has good reason to see the end of any investigation of the FBI, DOJ, obummer white house, etc.
Mueller can not stand Trump. He can not clear Trump of any crime is an oxymoronic statement for all time. It is a well known fact no one alive can be cleared of any crime if a prosecutor were allowed to look at everything ever done by someone. Wow!
Historically with Mueller, he never finds the crime that is suggested....he goes onto finding statements that are untruthful, bad tax submissions, or unreported income. Trump refused to play along with any of these normal Mueller ‘games’. Maybe if they’d had a totally different lawyer involved....it would have gone in a different way. But typically, Mueller doesn’t get you on the crimes that were originally suggested.
