Yesterday afternoon, my wife and I made our monthly shopping trip to Costco at about 2 pm.
Shoppers had carts loaded with Mexican beers, tequila and Guacamole in the freezable packages to beat the upcoming price increases.
We talked to some long time friends, and they wanted know if we were having a party after seeing all of the Guacamole in our cart. We told them about the upcoming prices. They loaded up on the Guacamole and tequila.
We saw them a about 30 minutes later, and their cart looked like they were shopping for a big Cinco de Mayo party.
