Pull the guy's jail records. Find the name/signature of EVERY SINGLE cop/guard/judge involved in releasing the guy, and charge every single one of them as an accessory to whatever crime he went on to commit, as well as rendering aid to an illegal alien. I bet they'd stop following their 'sanctuary city' policy real quick. Oh, and also charge each politician that voted for / signed these things as well.
