All murder is reprehensible -— even the murder of a monster, of which I’m not saying the victim was one; I know nothing about him. Other than self defense or protecting the life of another, it is the job of the Law to punish murderers. And God punishes the unrepentant murderer in eternity, even if man’s law has already meted out punishment here on earth.
