Why do you think Dems love open borders.
California, my state, was once Republican. Reagan was our guy.
The progressive social-engineering and conversion of America is paid for with printed money, manipulated interest rates, and massive debt - all courtesy of the Federal Reserve.
Thanks for concern trolling. Not a good thing to do after just a half-year here.
If I had to guess, low teens. He support is rock-solid in Texas, probably 95% of Republicans. In 2016, there was the Cruz contingent who weren’t crazy about him, and there were other Republicans who simply didn’t trust him. I think the Cruz bunch is over it, while there isn’t certainly isn’t any doubt about Trump governing as a conservative now. So he picks up a 5 points from 2016, but loses 2 or 3 to demographics.
Texas becoming a Blue State is just as likely California becoming a Red State. Ain’t gonna happen.
Are they worried about Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, or Michigan turning republican, too?
Funny they dont mention that.
California is also set to lose some House seats, yeah baby.
The majority of the approx 15 people I know who have moved to Texas from California will vote republican. I think most California exports may be a godsend. Ymmv
Of course Texas and every state must stay in top of things, fight voter fraud and illegal immigration. Mustnt get complacent.
Democrats ARE GOING TO CHEAT IN 2020!
Therefore, Republicans better be WAY ahead of the Democrats in terms of identifying ALL of their cheating methods!
The Democrats CANNOT win in a fair election!
They HAVE to cheat to win!
bump
I think Texas is done for. They will be blue next election.

Considering the large Beto vote, anything is possible in TX.
“Just the opinion of another mainstream media conservative/libertarian who just cannot be honest about just how far left she really is.”
Kristin Tate voted for Trump in 2016. Here she is on election night with Ann Coulter:

Why would Texas go purple? People have no reason to vote against their self interest.
The Dems wont need voter fraud to flip Texas. It will be done because of the illegal immigration policies brought to you by the democrats AND the republicans and their Chamber of Commerce overlords. They let it happen and we reached the point of no return in Texas. They will all reach voting age in the next 5-15 years.
I see the Midwest getting redder.
What about kids in private and home schools?
Lots of homeschoolers in Texas.
Home Schooling in Texas. Texas leads the nation in the number of families who home school. We estimate that more than 120,000 families in the state have chosen this tutorial method of education and that more 300,000 children are being taught at home.
The left has become insane, and are being rejected nationwide.
The real problem in Texas is that, especially in the large cities, we have a lot of those squishy, middle of the road Bush RINO types. If Texas goes blue it will be because of them.
