Disgraced sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein is set to give up the names individuals who paid for underage sex in return for a maximum prison sentence that will not exceed 5 years.
Epstein was arrested on Saturday night on charges of sex trafficking of minors.
“Epstein’s lawyer has already made a proffer to SDNY. Epstein will agree to cooperate with the investigation, including giving up the names of individuals that paid for activities with underage girls in exchange for a maximum sentence not to exceed 5 years,” tweeted OANN’s Jack Posobiec.
Clintoon did not pay, he was provided them for access, no charge.

This also imho implies that the first investigation was a sham proceeding from start to finish since otherwise the first agreement would contradict the second and presumably could be used to undermine the second.

I was hoping this was just an unfounded rumor but apparently after today’s presser it’s not. I wouldn’t call her ‘the prosecutor’ as she is just an assistant prosecutor of which there are over 200. The fact that SHE is even associated with this case is HIGHLY SUSPECT as to why? Out of over 200 assistant prosecutors how does someone with SO MUCH conflict of interest even get assigned to this in any way shape or form. We need to be asking and DEMANDING WHY she is involved in it. Of course SHE may be under watch to see what she will leak just like good ole dad. We don’t know for sure. Because of her COI, for the piece of mind of the American people, she should recuse herself on her own. If she doesn’t then that pretty much says it all.

You forgot the key word in the phrase. ...no reasonable prosecutor would pursue charges... I thought right away that it meant any "reasonable" prosecutor would be aware of the list of Arkancides.
