Not only that, when it’s an average rain year that’s due to Man-Made Global Warming too! It would normally have been wetter/drier but Man-Made Global Warming caused it to be drier/wetter.

Western Pa has 40 inches of rain on average but last year we had 72 inches and this year we will break that record.

My French drains are over flowing, and local flooding is a real pain in the butt, but this is what is known as weather cycles.

Some years we only get 25-30 inches of rain and we call that a drought.

The corn won't grow, crops of all kind are down and you can't water the lawn.

That too, is called, weather and I am proud to be the controller of that weather.

Such power, I turn on my grill for a few minutes to cook some steak, and I cause either a drought or a flood.

If the lefties would send me money, I wouldn't cause all of this carnage.

I had better be nice to you. You might drive a few blocks tomorrow and cause a drought here in California. At least we now know who is causing world-wide globull warming. You should be ashamed of yourself, you trouble maker!

#3 The Democrat Governor would drain the water into the ocean if he could then declare their is a water shortage.

Lake Tax
For bigger lake,
more tax we'll take.
If lake is wet,
more tax we'll get.

I don’t think that any dams have been torn down. The real issue is that the State hasn’t added more lakes, catch basins, settling ponds or anything else to capture the water when we do get good rains.

You can trace this back to Nixon signing the Endangered Species Act in 1973.

The ESA allowed environmental extremists at the US Fish & Wildlife Service in 1973 to declare the (worthless) Delta Smelt an endangered species, preventing the State of California from building any structure that could possibly send this glorified minnow wannabe to the extinction it richly deserves.

So billions of gallons of freshwater is allowed to flow into the Pacific instead of being captured for the benefit of wicked and lowly humans.

That’s Your Federal Government At Work. Not that the La Raza Communists running Sacramento would do anything different even if they could.

Think earthquakes are bad? Well get a load of this:

Great California Flood of 1862

"The Great Flood of 1862 was the largest flood in the recorded history of Oregon, Nevada, and California, occurring from December 1861 to January 1862, caused by an ARkStorm. It was preceded by weeks of continuous rains and snows in the very high elevations that began in Oregon in November 1861 and continued into January 1862. This was followed by a record amount of rain from January 9–12, and contributed to a flood that extended from the Columbia River southward in western Oregon, and through California to San Diego, and extended as far inland as Idaho in the Washington Territory, Nevada and Utah in the Utah Territory, and Arizona in the western New Mexico Territory..."

Oregon, Californicate etc have removed storage dams. The Central Valley suffers, as a result.

Wait - did the original Californians cause this by driving early model BMW’s?!

Maybe it was cow farts. After all, the Mexican herds weren’t anywhere near as big as the ones in the Big Valley!

Everyone here remembers for years the "global warmers" and Gore-bots in the media have been wagging their fingers preaching the gospel of perpetual drought. The whole American West was to become a wasteland, a desert.

And that massive flood happened when California’s total population was under 400,000.

Can you imagine the disaster that it will be if another ARKstorm, another atmospheric river like that hits the West Coast again?

It will be the biggest natural disaster this country has ever seen.
