She was celebrating obummer saying muslims will rule the future and dissent will be crushed.
This came from Snopes and that is surprising because Snopes is a lying lefty piece of dirt.

If she had been a Christian and tweeted Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas after they shot UBL, would you have minded. Now stop being Islamophobic and racist and xenophobic, and homophobic, too, while we’re at it. And coexist. Go over to Little Somalia in St. Paul, and make nice with the locals, and be sure to put that crucifix under your shirt, and/or pocket your kippa. Besides her obvious cultural and moral deficiencies, she looks and behaves mentally ill, with exaggerated expressions similar to a bipolar person off his meds (no disrespect to folks suffering from depression). She is out of control. I think she has become a liability to her handlers who expected more subtle behavior. If she is a liability, expect something to happen that will turn her into a martyr, her greatest value to the narrative at this point.
