Borat director Larry Charles took to Twitter Monday and compared Trump supporters — or as he described them, “Maga people” — to the violent, pro-China “triad” mob who attacked peaceful pro-democracy protesters Sunday night and essentially encouraged far-left agitators to arm themselves for “war.”
“After reading about armed #Triad thugs attacking pro-democracy protestors In #HongKong and the white supremacists/Proud Boys/Maga people embracing violence here I’m glad to see the left arming itself. This is war,” the longtime Curb Your Enthusiasm producer declared.
Charles, a prolific producer, writer, and director, linked to a Guardian article that detailed the desires of left-wing groups, like Antifa, to take up arms in order to protect events from “other malicious and potentially armed groups.”
The far-left has largely refused to condemn the violent actions of its extremist groups like Antifa. “Squad” member Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) failed to condemn the self-described Antifa member who attempted to firebomb a federal detention facility in Tacoma, Washington, earlier this month.
The Seattle Antifascist Action took it a step further and actively praised the attacker, calling him a “martyr” in a Facebook post last week.

Everytime I see one of these putzes in their ivory tower telling people to do violence and receive violence in their name, I keep thinking of the Mattis quote: “...I’m pleading with you, with tears in my eyes: If you f**k with me, I’ll kill you all.”
Put a rifle in its hands and it becomes a legitimate threat, training or no. How much training did any of these kids or schizos that shoot up schools have?
Any PoS with strength enough to lift the weapon and squeeze the trigger can kill. All it takes is some $$$ and the will to do the deed. These people really are no laughing matter.

These radicals seem to have no real, convincing arguments for their devout leftism. All they’ve got is violence, intolerance, closed-mindedness, and hysteria. They think they have a right to force everyone to submit to them. They are no different in the way they think than the Stalinist leftists who tossed anyone who disagreed with them into gulags or killed them after show trials.
I have no idea why they seem to be agitating hard for a new politics-based civil war. Do they really want to start a shooting war with a very heavily armed populace? It sounds like they’ve lost any semblance of sanity at this point. Or are they so filled with hate they are willing to kill themselves in order to take down those with different opinions, just like Islamic suicide bombers?
