If open carry is legal in the state, the worst that should happen is he should have been civilly kicked out of the store, or contacted by the police to assure he is not a nutcase.

Open carry is legal in this state. So are there any other legal actions you think should result in expulsion or police harassment?

It is private property, and they set the rules. If hello how are you doing from the police is too much contact...well some of the later responses in the thread are pretty clear.

I would like organizations to help someone like this however. And get something to the SCOTUS that will assist the states in what the 2nd amendment really means.
