It’s not fair to compare the crowd sizes of President Trump vs any individual demoncrap. He’s not running against twenty. You have to combine the dem’s numbers for the apple to apple comparison, and when you do, they have, why...tens of people!

Hardly neutral... This is what he chose to highlight at the beginning of the article.
“Dozens showed up in shirts reading ‘Donald Fuckin’ Trump’ on the front and ‘I’m President, Bitch’ on the back, or ‘Trump 2020: Fuck Your Feelings’. True New Englanders all.”
And throughout the article there’s a smarmy smell and a sense of disappointment on his part at having to report it as a success.
So, though not “neutral”, definitely not “bat shit crazy” like most of the other propaganda organs.
