Hillary Clinton checked every box for a violation of the Espionage Act. So much so that, in giving her a pass, the FBI figured it better couch her conduct as “extremely careless,” rather than “grossly negligent.” The latter description was stricken from an earlier draft of then-director James Comey’s remarks because it is, verbatim, the mental state the statute requires for a felony conviction. It wouldn’t do to have an “exoneration” statement read like a felony indictment.

I would probably get myself in hot water if I described what I consider actual due justice for McCabe.

we all well know by now that there are two tiers of Justice. One for politically favored class and one for conservatives. But this is what the republican party has done to us, not the liberals or law enforcement/intelligence agencies. If they did not allow it, it would be happening. But even with this unfair playing field, we and Trump have been making gains. It will take decades to undue the damage the republican party has done to us and our country.

The thing that pisses me off the most is, everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, knows this - everybody on both sides of the issue, pundits and anaylists, reporters and editors of print and broadcast media.
But anyone left of center, and a portion of those on the right, won't admit it, and they will come up with all kinds of disingenuous stories, lies and alibis to cover it up and explain it away. But they know it, as anyone with an IQ of above 40 does.
The f***ing Dems on the House Judiciary committee know what happened in this sordid mess, and they are the worst of the worst. Consider what they would have done had Trump's camp been responsible for all the machinations that arose from what Hillary and the left did. They know it was horribly wrong, but they don't care. Protect their own all costs is what matters.
Was that little tidbit in the IG report on the hillary investigation?
