Government takes step to dismantle (Flores) agreement

The U.S. government took a major step Friday to end a decades-old agreement governing the conditions and length of time in which immigrant children can be held.

Government attorneys have filed a notice requesting that a federal judge dissolve what’s widely known as the Flores settlement agreement.

First signed in 1997, the agreement limits how long children can be in detention to generally 20 days while also spelling out conditions.

The agreement never should have happened. 20 days is just plain stupid.

Simple fix.
Any case that has not been adjudicated by day twenty defaults to IMMEDIATE deportation.
And I do mean immediate, as in put them on the bus or plane and send them all back to wherever they came from, that very day.

This would also cure the “Crises” of not having enough beds and housing for all the recent invaders.
This would also save several million in construction cost of temporary? housing facilities.

In fact what we should really do is simply declare the whole faked “Amnesty” claims situation an invasion and act of war.
A recent article lauds Mex. finally organizing pipelines to import U.S. gas, stop the gas exports until Mex. really stops the flow of illegals across their border with the U.S.

Until the oligarchs of Mexico City (Carlos Slim for one!) start losing money due to the illegals the invasion will never be stopped no matter what we do from this side of the border.
Remember, currently monies removed from the U.S. economy via “Remittance” sent to Mexico ($26.1 billion per a recent report) are greater than their domestic oil production!

Start counting the illegals detected, then set an amount to be deducted from any “Foreign Aid” to their home country. (All countries)
Since we only catch a percentage, set the deduction at 5X the number caught from that country.

And finally, start enforcing the laws against illegal re-entry as the felony it is supposed to be.

And just for context, I live in a farming area with a lot of Mex. workers who enter this country LEGALLY on a contract basis.
They go to DMV for ID, and RETURN HOME when the season ends.
So I know first hand that we are NOT dependent on illegals for our farm labor.
