Walmart Bans The Sale of Ammo & Open Carry
YouTube ^ | Sep 4, 2019 | Colion Noir

Let me start by saying this, Walmart as a company is free to do whatever it wants to do. This doesn’t mean what it does can't be called stupid but they can do sell or not sell whatever they want.

However, I will say if you’re going to virtue signal, don’t half-ass it.

6 minute video.

What’s next ... banning shoppers from walking around the store in their PJs?

Maybe Walmart should just move to Beijing. They’re helped so many mom and pop stores in the US gain unemployment benefits I’m sure president Xi would welcome them with open arms, especially converting their billions to the Yuan( yawn).

We should always call it “China Mart” to remind potential customers exactly who and what we’re dealing with here.

I haven’t set foot in walmart in over 11 years, and I don’t have any holsters that would be cunducive to open carry. Otherwise, I might visit walmart.

We lived without Walmart before, and as of yesterday, we’ll do it again. They have seen the last dollar from our household. Hopefully, the rest of rural America will do the same.

Years ago, Walmart also used to sell reloading supplies and wood stoves.

According to the local pro-gun hunter and manager of the sporting goods dept. at the local Walmart, they’ll continue to sell handgun ammo until the current inventory and future stock already on order from factories is gone.

They will continue to sell rifles, shotguns and the necessary ammo for them.

Walmart Discontinues Auto Part Sales To Prevent Car Accidents

Walmart Discontinues Auto Part Sales To Prevent Car Accidents

BENTONVILLE, AR—In a bold move intended to curb the thousands of deaths from vehicles each and every day, Walmart has decided to stop selling auto parts, sources confirmed Tuesday.

According to shocking reports, people have purchased car parts at Walmart and then those cars have been involved in accidents, proving a direct correlation between selling auto parts and causing deaths.

"We can no longer be complicit in an industry that kills over 3,000 people a day," said a spokesperson for Walmart. "Every time we sell a muffler, steering wheel cover, or flame decal, we are potentially causing the death of a person, and we cannot support that any longer."

UPDATE: “Walmart executives said they are beating themselves with a stick to atone for the deaths they’ve already caused. “Our consciences will only be clean when we’ve been mercilessly beaten once for each of the millions of deaths that have been caused by automobiles since Walmart began selling auto parts,” said one executive before solemnly beginning to beat himself with a baseball bat.” (With thanks to the Babylon Bee)

I’m glad I was never on the Wal-Mart bandwagon like we had here years ago.

Never liked the place, so I suppose I’m already boycotting.

In our region (Kentuckiana)we have RURAL KING, a large farm and home supply chain. They have published that they will continue to see firearms and ammunition. Most of what I have ever bought at Walmart can be purchased at Rural King. So, there we go.

Do you have Rural King in your region?

They've specifically stated they will stop selling .223/5.56.

I have mixed feelings about Rural King.

We have one in our area (rural WV). Ironically, it’s located in the closest urban area 45 minutes away, so we don’t go there often.

I don’t know about other stores, but ours is pretty poorly run in terms of inventory control and shelf organization. Hard to find things and a lot of stuff isn’t where it’s supposed to be. Can’t check inventory online before driving out there, although I doubt the counts would be accurate if published.

That said, the gun area looks to be better organized. I may have to check it out. I’d be tempted to support the smaller local gun shops over driving to the city to purchase at Rural King. Any savings would likely be used buying gas. I sorta forgot about them as a gun source, so the reminder is appreciated.
