The man naively thought that the First Amendment would protect him when criticizing a public official, a judge in this case. Instead he should have heeded George Carlin’s words: It’s a big club, and you ain’t in it.

Well he needs a hungry lawyer, and the Judge needs a prison vacay.

Sounds like the plan is to rain destruction upon him until he turns into a mass shooter, so they can make a case to take everyone’s guns.

Judges and politicians feel that they are nobles and above all criticism.

And will destroy you if you disagree.

Despite what the Constitution says.

Whole lot of judges out there that could use a good dragging down a rocky road behind an American made pick em up truck.

The United States is way behind on trials, convictions, and sentencing of traitorous judges. We need to catch up.

If the facts are accurate (you never know), anyone involved in his incarceration should face a criminal charge under 18 USC 242 (violation of civil rights under color of law). But we all know that won’t happen.

Time to turn the bureaucracy against itself.

The state usually has a policing/investigative body over judges. File a formal complaint with them and set back and watch.

Someone with cash or a real good lawyer needs to fight this with him pro bono It’s unconscionable to arrest him for speaking his mind especially seeing as he was not in court at the time. I don’t like and don’t use electronic social media. But I can’t imagine loosing a child because of some irresponsible judge.

...and if that doesn’t work, perhaps we can proceed to late night visits in a darkened alley.

<< Judge Rachel Rancilio saw the posts, many of which are publicly targeted at her. She apparently felt uncomfortable and possibly threatened. >>

Possibly my eye. The self-entitled bitch was emotionally triggered by someone having the gall to criticize her highness, that’s all. And she lashed out using every means at her disposal.
