Unfortunately, it seems to me that as the dust starts to settle after one of these events, there are more questions that we’ll never get an answer to. And with each question and attempted answer, there are even more questions.
Of the many questions I have about this is, the couple that took him in, where did they go? Your son comes to you, asks you to take in a troubled/homeless kid, who just happens to have an AR and you let him hold onto it and think nothing of it. Kid is ‘homeless’ with no money and he’s got an AR. That doesn’t sound weird. And apparently the two of them were Intel Contractors with DoD(??)
Now, before all the 2A absolutist start bashing me for thinking anyone could have denied this teenager his 2A rights, slow down a bit. I know it’s easy to be a Monday Morning QB, in this case, but that doesn’t seem a little weird to anyone?
this case was so avoidable. it is textbook in what not to do. I place blame 100% on Obama and Holder for this one.

HAve to disagree; anyone with half a brain knows the answer: government failed at several points in this tragedy, including that cop who stood outside the shooting for 27 minutes holding a perimeter ...
