In Northern California, we have private schools from K to 12, and the costs run between 15K to 50K per year plus thousands of extras $’ per year.
There are waiting lists for the kids pre and in K, and for elite small classes for 1 to 4 year old kids.
Many if not most parents are elite liberals, who vote for the terrible public school boards/schools teachers and principals. Then, they send their kids to these elites schools while the kids in public schools are dumbed down by poor teachers and courses.
