I was shouted down as a never Trumper on this very forum for pointing that out.
I suppose they can collect the fine money when they come to take the guns.
This is silly, how is someone going to deliver the fine through all the shelling at the front?
Maybe people feel like banning Civilian Replicas of 70 year old Infantry Weapons is a bridge too far.

How is this goofy prick going to know who owns such rifles since there is NO federal registration system? Background checks were long ago required to dispose of such paperwork. This flailing arms joke has no idea how much resources and personnel it would take even if he knew where every rifle was located. It would be impossible.
Anyone who wants to take away the only thing standing in between an invasion and a takeover of America, which is good Americans with rifles, is working with foreign enemies. And last I checked, Americans ain’t Australians.
Nope. I think it’s time to deal with these seditionists out in the open and legally. Pass laws to make the punishment fit the crime; in this case he wants to take away a fundamental right.
If/when CWII happens; you can bet this will happen as well. These treasonous bastards need to answer for pushing us into a civil war. I consider them war criminals before the fact.
Perhaps if the Nazis had been treated this way by the German civilians from the start; WW2 would have never been necessary. Of course they were too quick to give up their firearms so they were no match for the Nazi soldiers and their machine guns. Even a single shot bolt action hunting rifle would have been quite effective in the hands of someone who knows how to use them to keep the Jews from being rounded up. A handful of such men and rifles could have made a big difference at the right times and places.
We can’t allow them a single inch. We tried that before and all it got us was them taking more and more of our rights. They need to be stopped again and again. Apparently until the end of time or until they get it through their thick skulls that we Americans won’t go quietly onto the box cars like others did.

I guess I loss leave of my senses for a moment. I'm truly a senior, so I get some slack for those moments nowadays...ha.
So in Beto’s Brave New World the gov can confiscate your wealth if they claim you have a gun and you don’t turn it over? These folks keep getting scarier.
