These are weasel words from the DISSENT. While there may be an end "product", what they are selling is a creative SERVICE, using their artistry to create a custom design for one individual wedding. It is not a mass-manufactured product that anyone can use. It is a product only in the sense that words are a product of the vocal cords. The content of the words is speech, and speech is protected by the 1A. Government does not have the right to compel speech.
