In holding otherwise, the majority implausibly characterizes a commercially prepared wedding invitation as pure speech on the part of the business selling the product ...These are weasel words from the DISSENT. While there may be an end "product", what they are selling is a creative SERVICE, using their artistry to create a custom design for one individual wedding. It is not a mass-manufactured product that anyone can use. It is a product only in the sense that words are a product of the vocal cords. The content of the words is speech, and speech is protected by the 1A. Government does not have the right to compel speech.
