Two things here are troubling, but that's not one of them. They are:

1. Romney's stupidity

and

2. The memory that I once supported this lunkhead for the Presidency.

2. The memory that I once supported this lunkhead for the Presidency.

Let’s face it. . . We did not have much choice. He was foisted off on us by the Republican leadership which is composed mostly of RINOs and Deep State members who go-along-to-get-along with the Democrap leadership.

They are all members of the Uniparty Caucus Race that has run around inside the D.C. beltway for almost 100 years since the Progressives have organized things there and started running things as a centralized government beginning with Roosevelt the First.

Every so often (with some outsider exceptions such as Reagan they didn’t plan for) the Unipart will throw Republicans a presidential RINO bone to keep us happy. Romney was supposed to be one of those sparerib RINO bones in case the Democrat couldn’t win. If we had not voted for RINOmney, the only other candidate with any possibility of winning the presidential seat was the Democrap. A vote for any of the alternative party candidates was a default vote for the Demoncrapper.

We were deliberately given Hobson’s choice. We could either vote for the Democrap who would sprint toward socialism, or the Republican in name only who would willingly amble toward socialism. Some choice.
