Attorney General William Barr has met with foreign intelligence officials, including during a trip to Italy earlier in September, regarding an investigation into surveillance activities against the Trump campaign, The Washington Post reported.
Barr was joined in the meeting by John Durham, the U.S. attorney in Connecticut, WaPo reported, citing anonymous sources familiar with the matter.

I mean, the simplest and most direct order would be to simply alert the militia to begin planning for provisioning, much less actually mustering. By that action alone, Trump would put into motion a long series of events, including possibly making existing military grade weapons available to certain organized units.
But we see no hint of that, therefore it's pretty obvious that Trump really isn't planning on directly confronting the deep state. I will grant that perhaps the grand strategy (if it exists) is to simply spend the 4-8 years re-shaping the courts (as long as the GOP holds the senate). Overturning RvW and the '34 NFA would go a long ways towards restoring the republic; but of course it still means an actual kinetic fight is put off for another day.

YES! I know this is off the topic. But, I just want to say that I have not looked at the Drudge Report for a while and just did. I was stunned at the bias against our President. I will not be going there again. The lack of knowledge which comes from the wisdom of knowing history is killing our country. We have little left but the crimes which come from power lust. In my opinion, Trump, and some of those around him who are not threatened by the left, are the only thing standing between us, the people, and communism. As it stands now, I do not think we will go into socialism first as has been the case in the past when countries lose their freedom. I believe we are headed straight for communism and fascism and worse, if enough people do not have the courage to stand.
Also ramping up in the minds of many is the idea that Barr is just another, more mobile version of Sessions. Letting Hillary, Brennan, Comey, et. al. run free, loose and doing damage should give you a clue.

Of what? It would be nice if you are right. So far I don't see it. It feels like the good guy's probe has been going on as long as the Mueller investigation. There is an entire litany of bad guys.
If they don't have enough to indict and convict at least one of them to get the ball rolling, when will they?

This so reminds me of communist nations where we Americans were told that people had no freedom of speech and were totally controlled by the rulers. No one was safe from betrayal and lies. Almost every day now, in America, we hear of more and more demand that this one or that one is being banned from something important, losing jobs and being smeared for holding values which have been healthy and nurturing for them and their for generations. Now, everything seems turned inside out and upside down. Our laws are being ignored at the highest level, it seems. I pray God will intervene into all of the insanity and madness and if not, I hope we have the courage to continue to comfort and do good to those around us. It is all we simple people can do.

The only problem with that solution is that China & Russia may pounce while we are at war with ourselves. Trump was right back then when he said he is the last hope for America. If we can’t get him 2 terms America will become the LGBTQXYZ version of the 2 I previously mentioned.

Remember that Trump spoke for Brexit and Obama publicly came out against Brexit so the UK Diplomats and Intelligence agencies were all in for doing dirt on Trump. Bringing in Australia was easy for them. In Italy they also wanted to help Obama and Hillary as well for other reasons.
It is time that these “allies” be exposed and that the US State Department and Intelligence agencies be purged of traitors and political hacks.

Thanks in large part to the people WE send to congress. They do nothing but talk, dissemble and appease. Its up to us to demand more and/or remove them. We have to stop being so naive, gullible and passive.
Trump has said on several occasions that the FISA docs were going to be declassified. Where are they? He isn’t doing himself or us any favors by allowing vital evidence to remain hidden away.
This was a coup against the president and an attack on our system of government. We need to see exactly what went on and who was involved. There can be no excuses for not revealing this information. Trump needs to stop letting the agencies thwart him and assert himself. Time is running out.
I agree with you. This is just another episode of the daily soap opera. What is the distinguishing feature about soap operas? They never end. Nothing bad has happened to the deep state yet, and nothing will. It’s too late, because the Rats have election year political cover to protect them. Trump 4D chess strategically waited himself right out of the presidency.
