MOSCOW The Kremlin said Monday that transcripts of calls between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin can only be published by mutual agreement.
The White House has severely restricted the distribution of memos detailing Trump's calls with foreign leaders, including Putin.
Asked about Congress' push for the publication of Putin-Trump calls, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov responded that "the publication is possible only on mutual accord."
"If we receive some signals from the U.S., we will consider it," he said in a conference call with reporters.
Peskov noted that the "diplomatic practice doesn't envisage such publications," adding that the issue is U.S. internal business.

Last I knew, you could buy these for around $12, and they were all made in China (you can’t even buy a US-made one).
But there was another story attached to this episode. Some idiot (probably on her staff) did a label to attach to it, using the word they felt was ‘reset’ in English. The Russian word they used was ‘peregruzka’.
Well, peregruzka really means ‘overload’ or a regular Russian guy would say it’s the emergency button to get everyone to evacuate out of the building.
I think you can still buy them via Amazon.
If American presidents have their conversations with foreign transcribed and liable for public release, the conversations will never take place. And why should Trump be the only elected official who is forced to live in a goldfish bowl?
