Putin Slams Greta: Why Should Developing Countries Continue to Live in Poverty?

“Emotions should not control this issue.”

Vladimir Putin chided Greta Thunberg’s environmental activism by asking her why developing countries should be forced to live in poverty unlike her home country of Sweden.

Thunberg, who has become the 16-year-old poster child for climate change alarmism, has been relentlessly promoted by the establishment in recent weeks.

However, when asked about her message, the Russian President didn’t mince his words.

“Go and explain to developing countries why they should continue living in poverty and not be like Sweden,” said Putin.

“Sure, Greta is kind, but emotions should not control this issue,” he added.

The Russian leader went on to assert that Greta was being used as a mouthpiece by other groups to achieve their political goals.

Last week, Greta filed a complaint with the UN against 5 countries for their inaction on global warming.

China – the biggest polluter in the world – was not on the list.

Greta has also been palling around with Arnold Schwarzenegger, a guy who has a garage full of muscle cars and tanks, as well as supreme hypocrite Leonardo DiCaprio, who once took a private jet to pick up an environmental award.

“it isn’t race that holds people back in Africa but the Left wing ideology.”...

Right you are...Why struggle to succeed when the produce of your work and ingenuity will be taken by corrupt Leftist kleptocrats and redistributed to the idle, after a trip thru the pols’ own pockets first, of course...

Where we’re headed, and halfway there...

The Left here already has conditioned their supporters to turn a blind eye to their corruption.

At the time it was still part of the old Soviet Union.

What Greta doesn’t understand in her young age is that you are only allowed to criticize WESTERN countries who put up with it. As an environmentalist, you are supposed to ignore the fact that China and India are the source of 80% of the plastic in the oceans. As a feminist, you can protest a golf course in Georgia, but not mustlim cultures where the men own their women.

The Russians controlled the economies of those territories and they destroyed them . The Russians in the Politburo at that time were in charge of what went on in Chernobyl and they never were held to account for it. Look at how they also screwed up the environment and ecology of places like Kazakhstan and the areas east of the Urals. They were bastards.

Greta Thunberg’s retarded, autistic, environmental activism read her parents’ hard won lines perfectly.

The Soviet Communists, not the Russian people per se.

The ‘’Soviets’’ weren't something that fell out of the clouds into Russia one day. They were Russians. And as far as protecting the environment Ivan could care less.

Chernobyl was the result of cutting corners in just about every way when it came to safety measures.

It was about that and the fact the Russians used a graphite reactor. An unreliable and dangerous type of nuclear reactor not used in the West. You're making my point. In the days of the old USSR the Russians in Moscow, The Central Committee controlled everything.

Putin should ignore her, and not give her news space.

It was practical, efficient for maximal performance and took enormous out of this world effort from a suicidal crew disregarding every safety rule to cause meltdown. Not 100% fool-proof, true. Although dozens of similar reactors worked OK for decades without issues.
