Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau today acknowledged the Conservatives could win Monday's election — and accused the party of winning support by running one of the "dirtiest, nastiest" election campaigns in Canadian history.
Surrounded by 29 Quebec candidates at an event at Montreal's Botanical Garden Wednesday, Trudeau appealed to Quebecers to support his party and elect a progressive government rather than a "progressive opposition." It's a pitch he's been making a lot lately — a bid to beat down surging support for the NDP and Bloc Québécois by arguing that voting for those parties could help elect a Conservative government.

Alberta will go for the Tories and so should Western Canada.
The election will be decided in Ground Zero - ON, Canada’s most populous province.

Just like any other place, w all due respect. Redmonton? LOl I havent heard of that since the late 90’s..
And even more specifically, it will be decided by the GTA, Ottawa, and London. As I said in the previous post, the rest of Ontario is pretty much politically irrelevant, compared to the cities, alas.
At the provincial level, the 905 suburban ridings are all held by the PCs. The federal Tories should take those and sweep rural Ontario.
Look for the NDP to take the core urban ridings from the Grits.
Last poll a week out shows Conservatives ahead but unless they gain 40%, we’re looking at a Tory minority government.
So Justin is looking at a hung Parliament in the unlikely event he is re-elected.
Yes and just like before, he wont do jack squat IF he is re-elected but I seriously doubt he will be re-elected. Those damn quebecers are too loyal..
They hate the Liberals in Quebec. They will vote for anyone but them.
The comeback of the separatist Bloc is a surprising turn of events but the NDP will probably take most of the federal ridings there.
Grits only hope is to keep their ridings in ON which is tough when you can no longer win a majority government.
Justin showed so much promise that defeat would be an ignominy for him. There isn’t a Trudeau dynasty.

Trudeau meanwhile bribed the media with 600 million dollars. Nothing really dirty done by the CPC, certainly not by Democrat party standards.
Been looking at 338 and election prediction. Still shaking my head that Trudeau is more popular than Scheer. Scheer is pretty boring I admit, but there is nothing to Trudeau. He is an empty shell of a man.
But this is Canada bear in mind. Conservatives are center-left. The rest are all looney lose your mind leftists.

Has taken me decades to concede that Canada is just not a conservative country. A conservative news network was started and failed abysmally to get an audience. Basically we don’t have a single conservative think tank newspaper or news media in the country. So we have to vote center left to keep the full on ANTIFA loving leftists at bay.
About as stupid as where I live - Vancouver Island. CPC use to get 3 seats here but I don’t know what the hell happened here the last decade or so. It was looney already, but now it is full blown nuts.
