Okay, listening to President Trump this morning and I note the above comment posted by a Freeper.
First question, would this sort of action NORMALLY be provided to the Speaker of the House?
Not that I blame Trump or anything, do not misunderstand. But if this is normally provided to the Speaker of the House, and Trump deliberately didn't tell Pelosi...maybe they will use this fact to further their impeachment case.
Pelosi is not worthy of being told any damn thing but they go by past actions when it pleases them and they'll howl for days that Trump didn't tell the Speaker of the House?

His current presser shows he has no fear as he talks with no prompter , notes , and adeptly skewers the pillars with his quick one liners while moving on to the main point of his topics
Is there any question Pelosi and Schumer would leak the D Day invasion if they thought it would hurt Trump?
He basically stated he didn't trust her, and also delivered a brisk backhand to the RATagandists and never-Trumpers.
I assume he completely preempted all of the Sunday morning talk show time slots.
And ---had he notified Pelosi, CNN would be reporting the operation while it was going on in hopes it wouldn't be successful. Can't give Trump a win is CNN and Pelosi policy

My question is, is this the sort of thing Presidents would normally reveal to the current Speaker of the House?
I don’t blame Trump one bit but of course Schiff et al will be out and about complaining that Trump didn’t follow the rules?
Just trying to anticipate what’s coming up.

We watch the Good Doctor. Great acting by the main character and insights into medical conditions/ procedures but also a social agenda weaved in.
The former president showing his wimpy side in that gun episode , let us see the brilliance of the good doctor not the agenda that’s what we tune in for.

Martha Rad-ditz’ guest on ABC praising PDJT. She’s trying heard to twist it against our President.
So I am following the other live thread on this forum, the one of Trump’s announcement.
They too are surprised by Trump’s assertion that he did not tell Pelosi because he didn’t want leaks, possibly unnecessary deaths.
Someone asked just who would Pelosi and/or Dems tell.
Aren’t we currently at the brink of the busted wide open revelation that our beloved, honest and loyal intelligence agencies are possibly very involved with ISIS and our terrorist buddies?
With Brennan and Clapper exposed we all understand out here in la la land across the fruity plains that we cannot trust these people.

Yes the main character does play a great part. This is one of my favorite shows.
That guy with the gun was nuts. I don’t understand why even gun haters didn’t think that was a bit much.
If I were that actor I’d have refused such a silly story line.
I was not commenting on the obvious, but how he honestly and bluntly answered the reporter's question.
Great stuff. I can see the headline tomorrow in the NY Post and Daily News, "Died like a dog." Trump knows how to connect with the people. His visceral description will play well in Peoria but not in DC.
