House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) took a veiled shot at President Trump on Sunday after he announced the death of ISIS founder and leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, lamenting that the “Russians but not top Congressional Leadership were notified” in advance of the raid. Trump announced on Sunday that ISIS leader al-Baghdadi died as a result of a raid conducted by U.S. special forces.
Sad when the Russians can be trusted more than Democrats. But speaks volumes.

I am starting to believe the whole Syria kerfuffle was a ruse. USA is pulling out. Turkey advances and starts shelling “Kurdish” places in the new safe zone. Syria rushes troops to check Turkey. USA sends tanks and heavy equipment to the Kurdish oilfields.
I would expect the loser to take on more risk and move to what is perceived as a safer location.
