Here’s your globull warming. This Halloween is supposed to be the second coldest we’ve had in TX since they first began recording temps. The coldest was back in the 1990s. I turned the heater on a month to six weeks early this year.
Depends on which part of Texas they are talking about. Dalhart or Brownsville.
