This is so obviously a payoff it isn't even funny. bammy and 'squatch were just given about 20, maybe 25 million dollars in the form of free real-estate.

Want to check? Go to Zillow and put in 4+ bedroom, 4+ bathroom, minimum 5000 sq. ft. (bammy's place is close to 7000). Now poke around at the couple dozen listings on Marth'a Vineyard that show up. Sure, you can get some "deals" on a few places in the single-digit millions. Note that these are not in great shape, and / or they are on city lots, shoulder to shoulder with neighbors. Note that ocean front lots, and lots at 4 or 9 acres get up into the 20 million range.
