Nunes to Schiff: "I actually have some civil rights here too."

Republican California Rep. Devin Nunes fired back at Democratic California Rep. Adam Schiff during Wednesday night’s edition of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” calling his phone record subpoena a violation of his “civil rights.”

This is an interview worth watching, essentially exposing the HPSCI, as led by Adam Schiff, as an unofficial arm of the Intelligence Community and the Deep State. As Nunes, one of the good guys, says, if he can do it to John Solomon, a journalist, and a fellow member of Congress, "He [Schiff] can do it to you" and probably has.

I find it exceedingly difficult to believe that Schiff has not committed a crime in his Stalinist conduct of this so-called inquiry. Schiff's claim that "no one is above the law" should extend to him and Pelosi as well, but we'll see. I hope John Solomon, whose phone records were also subpoenaed, is seriously considering legal action.

Unfortunately, Congress is not subject to Executive Order 12958, which establishes classification guidelines for national security-related information and who has original classification authority. However, the State Dept., DOJ, the CIA, etc., ARE covered by EO 12958, I suspect that the classification of information relating to "Spygate" (engaging in intelligence operations against a political candidate, president-elect and president - undeniably a crime) will be a component of Horowitz's report and the Barr/Durham investigation.
