Were whistleblowers to be allowed anonymity, it would become a shitstorm of false allegations.
He didn’t qualify as a whistleblower until the rules where inexplicably changed immediately after the phone call, allowing for hearsay, which it was. That makes it CONSPIRACY BY EVERYONE IN THE CHAIN TO COMMIT HIGH TREASON.
