Now that the Justice Department’s Michael Horowitz has exposed the flimsy nature of the Steele “dossier,” which the FBI disingenuously used to pursue a counterintelligence investigation of the Trump campaign, the public should finally be told a parallel truth about FBI actions that really did influence the 2016 election.
James Comey’s chaotic actions in the Hillary Clinton email case, later found to be improper and insubordinate, were set in motion by still-secret Russian intelligence. His original intervention led to his follow-up intervention, reopening the Hillary case before Election Day, which may well have tilted the election to Mr. Trump.
It’s bracing to consider that Robert Mueller’s report and several important Horowitz reports are all about what didn’t happen in 2016: Trump-Russia collusion. The key Horowitz report that deals with what did happen—the Russian influence on Mr. Comey’s Clinton actions—remains classified and hidden from the public.
The mainstream press, while flogging the false collusion narrative, has ignored and even declined to mention to its readers the existence of the Horowitz so-called classified appendix. At best, this inverts the newsman’s traditional inverted pyramid, hiding what is important while promoting the false and trivial. At worst, the media is engaged in a coverup to protect the sources behind its faulty collusion reporting who happen to be the same FBI and CIA decision makers in the Hillary case.
In the latest Horowitz report, released last week, an FBI attorney is seen doctoring the Carter Page warrant to hide the fact that Mr. Page was actually reporting his Russian contacts to the CIA. This same FBI attorney was last seen in an earlier Horowitz report lamenting Donald Trump’s election in a text message to a colleague and adding, “It’s just hard not to feel like the FBI caused some of this.”

“The summer exoneration was to enable hillary to run an unimpeded campaign, and win.” Yes, and to keep her out of prison. If she was forced to step down, there was no way the party was going to win ... all the way down the ticket. She had to be “exonerated”.
The fall re-opening ... was because someone outside of Comey’s control gave them notice that HRC had a problem ... there was a computer with all sorts of stuff stuck w NY law enforcement. It took Comey about a month to figure out how to deal with that in order to keep HRC in the race. They sure read 10,000s of documents in record time to say there was nothing there and just days before the election.

Yep. He nailed it. I was all set to cast my vote for Saint Hillary, fully swallowing and embracing the heretofore heralded fantasy that Ms Hillary was pure and clean as the wind driven snow. Then, that darn Comey came out and shattered, I tell you shattered, yes did I say shattered (I think I did) my world, and while in a drunken stupor I somehow staggered to my feet and fell right into that voting booth on the way home, and cast my vote for that lying yellowmanbad. But, I have never gotten over that “error”, however I won’t make that mistake again. This time it’s Democrats all the way.

Jenkins has been pushing this theory for a while, trying to claim it’s the key to everything 2016.
I find it ludicrous, since with or without some super-secret Russian fake email, Lynch was going to recuse herself and Comey was going to exonerate Clinton. I don’t see the import of this fake email at all.
If you know better, please enlighten me, as this makes no sense and Jenkins is all wound up over it.
I don’t get why anyone thinks Russia wanted Trump as Pres.
They already had Hillary in their pocket what with all the hundreds of millions in “donations” to the “Foundation”, 1/2 million in “speech money” to Bill, and investments by Podesta in Skokolvo. I mean we have Hillary on video in 2010 basically saying she wants to “Make Russia Great Again.”
