Durham is doing the heavy work. People tend to forget that his initial inquiry into players who manipulated FISA courts is now a CRIMINAL investigation. Durham now has the FISA lead judge to bolster his efforts with her recent comments. There will be people indicted, just don't know how far up he and Barr will go. I'm waiting for leaks to come out about a Grand Jury being empaneled.
I know we're all running out of patience for perp walks, but Durham has a solid history of being thorough and getting convictions in large cases. Fighting the Swamp with all their political acumen and their attorneys will take some time. Forget what Lindsey does with his political show, Durham is the real deal and has the real power. Stand-by for this summer.
ALAN DERSHOWITZ: There’s nothing in the Constitution about articles of impeachment. There’s nothing about forwarding. As far as the American public is concerned the president has been impeached and that’s why it was utterly unfair to suggest that we don’t have to allow the Senate now to acquit him. So, there are two alternatives. If he hasn’t been impeached Nancy Pelosi has to go to the media and say please, all the media that have said he’s impeached, please withdraw that. Correct it. He’s not impeached. He’s presumed innocent. He’s absolutely innocent. His status hasn’t changed. And if he has been impeached the Senate has to start their trial as soon as they choose to. Remember the Senate is the sole judge of guilt or innocence of impeachment. And so the Democrats can’t have it both ways. They can’t say on the one hand to the public we’re saying he’s impeached but for the Senate we’re saying he’s not impeached. You know what I say? This is obstruction of the Senate. Exactly the same charge they made against the president. This is an abuse of power, exactly the same charge they made against the president. It’s wrong constitutionally. It’s wrong morally and it’s wrong politically.
The real victims here are the American people and the Constitution. The Constitution has been damaged by this ploy being used by Nancy Pelosi who I have long admired but this is a very bad time for the United States Constitution.

This would be a strategic error. The fact of the matter is Dershowitz could sabotage the effort from within if sufficient damaging material was to be found about him. This is a reality. Michael Mukasey would be a far superior choice.
I agree with you about Dershowitz’s appearance on Mark Levin’s Show. But I do not think that he brought one single new thought to the game. Indeed, I detected him wanting approval from Mark Levin for what he was expressing. And I would consider that very dangerous.

Regarding an Epstein Smear of Dershowitz if joining Trump’s defense;think about The Clinton’s involvement with Epstein. I doubt they would want to risk a smear on Dershowitz, as a lot too close to home.
Dershowitz, has been a paragon of the old liberal Civil Rights Dems and could really push Pelosi’s and her puppet’s hypocrisy down their throats.
