So congress had ordered Osama Bin Laden assassinated ? When was that ?
Since he was not an elected official of the Iranian government, this is not technically a political assassination.
He was a military leader, and was involved in ordering the deaths of U. S. Citizens, and destroying our embassy, an internationally recognized crime.
The U. S. has every right to address a military person picking up, or ordering the picking up of weapons against the United States, it’s legal institutions, and it’s citizens.
DU is a bit challenged on these points.
