Iran fired missiles at an American base. Afterwards they saw a low slow blip coming at them, panicked and fired. Simple ad that.
They couldn't come up with something better than that? Really?
Agree that it was shot down.
By whom, why?
That will be a mystery forever.
It's destination was Leonardo da Vinci Airport in Rome. It's unrefueled range is 5,000 nautical miles. It is 3,631 miles to Paris and then 877 miles to Rome.
This makes it 4,508 miles total trip distance. If they filled it up to the max, it would only have 500 miles of reserve capacity.
Do you really think they flew with that center fuel tank empty?
This image pretty much shows they can't even make the trip without that center tank being full.
Guy I know that was involved in the investigation said the missile came off of a boat off the coast. Looking at images of the missile you described, it looks plausible that they could have snuck one of those onto some sort of boat or ship and fired it.
By whom, why?
It was shot down by Iran. It was retaliation for the US shooting down Iran Air flight 655 back in 1988.
Can only tell you I have a source that I trust on this, and that source was involved in the investigation.
Only if you believe that.
How high up in the investigation was your source?
If he knew Clinton ordered it then everyone above him must have know it as well.
How many people do you think are hiding this information?
I'll leave it up to all the aviation experts here to give their analysis on what ACTUALLY happened...........LOL!
High enough that I believe what he says.
If he knew Clinton ordered it then everyone above him must have know it as well.
Yup.
How many people do you think are hiding this information?
Probably less than 100, but certainly more than dozens.
I wish I could give more on the provenance of my information, but I can't. Maybe one of these days this person will pass away or decide for themselves to come out with what they know, but till then, I'm not trying to get this person in trouble.
And I fully believe that revealing my source would get this person in a lot of trouble.
“”Volodymyr Gaponenko, had 11,600 flying hours, mostly spent on 737 aircraft,””
I can’t find any reference to the kind of airplane it was...B737’s are pretty old and this was reported to be a NEW plane. Is it too much to ask FOR the make/model/whatever!!!!
Planes just dont blow up in mid air, said Richard Aboulafia, vice president for analysis at Teal Group, an aviation consulting firm. It doesnt work like that.
According to the official TWA Flight 800 government report, they do.
Iran shot it down for some unknown reason and are withholding the CVR and FDR because they will reveal a sudden explosion.
In my theory I figure that there are only about three people who know the entire truth. Everyone else just thinks that they are in the know.
A better version of that photo shows that those dark spots are actually rocks thrown up from the crash, not holes, but I agree, it looks damning at first sight.
Not only do I have inside information on this particular subject, I will point out that the explanation I am offering fits all the pieces of evidence far better than the cockamamie "official" explanation of an exploding center fuel tank.
Did you watch that video? You can't light jet fuel with a torch, let alone with a sparking sensor.
Last I heard, Iran recovered one of the B lack Boxes and wasn’t releasing it to Boeing to find out what they could about the “event”.
And the question is of course, why are they not giving the Black Box up for inspection?
Yep - speaks volumes...my latest 2 theories are that one of their folks had a pucker moment and pushed a button he shouldn’t have....or....someone inside wanted to do “justice” to the dead guy and deliberately shot it down to put the Mullahs in a bad place...
Makes zero sense it would have been a sanctioned deal unless we find “that one special passenger” was aboard...
